In exceptional cases, only the property can approve a cancellation or modification without penalty. If you are unable to travel due to illness, please contact our support team and provide supporting documents (such as a medical report or doctor’s note).

Our Customer Relations team will review your request and check the possibility with the property on your behalf. Approval is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the hotel’s decision.
