First, please check the cancellation policy in your confirmation email.
To cancel your booking, log in to your Halalbooking account and go to your My Bookings page. Click “Cancel this booking” and follow the steps.
If your booking is refundable, it can be cancelled according to the booking conditions, and the refund will be issued within 3 business days.
If your booking is non-refundable, a cancellation fee will be deducted depending on the booking conditions, and in some cases the full amount may be non-refundable.
If you have a non-refundable booking and would like to request a free cancellation, please contact our support team and we will check this with the property on your behalf.
