To request a modification, log in to your Halalbooking account and go to your My Bookings page. Select your booking and follow the steps to create a modification request. Please check the cancellation policy in your confirmation email as well.
If your booking is refundable, changes may be possible depending on the current rates, availability, booking conditions, and the property’s policy.
If your booking is non-refundable, modifications are not possible. Any change would be subject to the hotel’s approval and availability. If you would still like to request a change, please contact our support team so we can check this with the property on your behalf.
