If prepayment is required, your booking will not be confirmed until the payment is received. For bookings requiring a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before the deadline to avoid automatic cancellation by the property.
4.2. Who will charge my card and when?
Halalbooking will charge your card according to the selected payment option during checkout. Some fees—such as city tax or resort fees—may need to be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
4.3. What payment methods does Halalbooking provide?
We accept credit cards, instant bank transfers, and standard bank transfers.
4.4. Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment payment options depend on your country, payment method, and the booking’s cancellation policy.

4.5. Can I pay with more than one card or payment method?
Yes. Please contact our Customer Relations team if you need to split your payment across multiple cards or methods.
4.6. What do I do if I have problems with the payment?
If your payment fails or you receive an error message, contact our Customer Relations team for assistance. They can help you retry, switch payment methods, or complete a manual payment.
4.7. What if I paid but didn’t get a confirmation email?
Please check your booking status on your Halalbooking My Bookings page.
If your booking was made with “Instant Confirmation,” and it still does not show as confirmed, please contact us immediately.
If your booking was made with “24-hour Confirmation,” please allow up to 24 hours for the status to update before reaching out.
4.8. How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed by Halalbooking within 2–10 working days, depending on your payment method. If a bank transfer refund is required, you will be asked to provide your bank details securely.
4.9. What should I do if my refund is delayed?
If a bank transfer refund is required, you will be asked to provide your bank details securely. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, contact us with your booking number and payment reference. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
4.10. Will exchange rates affect my payment or refund?
Yes, exchange rates may affect both payments and refunds if the booking currency is different from your card or bank’s local currency.
If your card or bank uses a different currency from the booking or hotel currency, your bank may apply:
its own exchange rate, and/or
currency conversion fees.
In case of a refund, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the amount originally paid due to:
changes in exchange rates between the payment and refund dates, and
any fees applied by your bank or card issuer.
Please note that exchange rates and bank fees are determined by your bank, not by Halalbooking, and are outside of our control.
4.11. I have made the payment, but I haven’t received a payment confirmation yet. What should I do?
If you paid via standard bank transfer, please note that it may take 2–5 business days for the payment to reach our account and be verified. Once the funds are received, your payment status will be updated automatically, and a confirmation email will be sent. If this time has passed and your status has not changed, please contact our Customer Relations team with your payment reference.
4.12. Will the price change if I choose the Pay Later option?
No, the booking price will not change if you select the Pay Later option. The total amount is fixed at the time of booking, provided that payment is completed by the specified deadline. However, if you pay in a different currency, the final amount charged may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations applied by your bank.
4.13. Can I pay at the property?
No, payment at the property is not possible. All bookings must be paid online in advance through our website using one of the available payment methods displayed during the booking process.
