2.2. Will I get a hotel voucher after making a booking?
You will receive a booking confirmation email, which serves as your official proof of reservation for check-in. Additionally, a downloadable confirmation document (voucher) will be available in your booking details on your Halalbooking account.
2.3. Do I need to print out the booking confirmation email?
No, printing is not required. The lead guest must present a valid ID (passport or driving license) at check-in, and the hotel will locate your reservation electronically.
2.4. Why can I not select a room?
The room may be fully booked for your selected dates, or it may not allow the number of guests you entered in the search.
2.5. What is “default suitability”?
This appears when the selected room exceeds the hotel’s recommended occupancy. The booking may still be possible, but the hotel suggests a lower number of guests for comfort and safety.
2.6. What’s the difference between a double room and a twin room?
A double room has one double bed, while a twin room has two single beds.
2.7. What does “adjacency possible” mean?
It means the hotel will try to provide rooms next to or opposite each other, but they are not connecting rooms and availability is not guaranteed.
2.8. My son is 7 years old. Can he join me in the ladies-only area?
Most properties do not allow boys aged 6 or older to access ladies-only facilities. However, each hotel has its own policy, and the final decision is always made by the property.

2.9. Who assigns star ratings to the properties?
Star ratings are assigned by local tourism authorities or independent tourism bodies. Halalbooking does not set its own star ratings.
