Booking Process
1.1.1 How can I make a booking?
Go to the website and enter the hotel name or location you wish to book. Select your check-in/check-out dates, enter the number of adults and children (with their ages), and click “Search”. Use filters or sorting options to refine results. Choose a property and room type, click “Book now”, and complete the lead guest details and payment information (if required). Your booking will be processed based on the booking’s policy.
1.1.2 How do I calculate my child’s age?
Your child’s age should be calculated based on their age on the check-out date of the booking. Simply enter the age your child will be when you arrive at the property, even if they have a birthday during the stay. This helps ensure correct pricing and room eligibility according to the hotel’s child policy.
1.2. Can I make a booking over the phone?
No, all bookings must be made online. However, you can contact our Customer Relations team if you need help with an existing booking or have questions before making a booking.
1.3. When will I get confirmation for my booking?
The timing of your booking confirmation depends on the type of booking you made:
1) Pay Later bookings (No prepayment required)
Pay Later does NOT mean you can pay at the property.
It means your booking will be confirmed without prepayment, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking.
The system will also provide a payment deadline, and you must complete the payment online before check-in, according to the timeline shown.

2) Instant Confirmation (with payment)
If the property offers Instant Confirmation and you successfully complete the payment, your booking will be confirmed immediately, and the confirmation email will be sent right away.
? If you completed the payment but did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service immediately.
3) 24-hour confirmation
Some properties require the hotel to manually confirm availability.
In this case, after completing the payment, your booking status may show as Pending, and the hotel has up to 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
? You will receive an email confirming that we received your booking request and that it is pending hotel review.
Once the hotel confirms, you will receive your booking confirmation email.
If the hotel is unable to confirm due to availability or other issues, you will be informed accordingly.
1.3.2 How do I know if it’s Instant Confirmation or 24-hour confirmation?
You can check this on the property page.
Under the selected room type, it will be clearly mentioned whether the booking is Instant Confirmation or 24-hour confirmation.
1.4. What is a “24-hour confirmation” booking?
Some properties, especially villas, apartments, and high-demand accommodations, require up to 24 hours to verify availability. Please wait for the final confirmation and avoid booking flights until the property confirms your stay.
1.5. Can I make a booking for someone else?
Yes. You can book on behalf of another guest, but you must enter the correct lead guest name, which is required for check-in and identification.
1.6. Can I make a booking without creating an account?
Yes, you can book without an account, but creating one allows you to track your bookings, earn cashback and Status Points, and access exclusive Loyalty Club benefits.
1.7. Can I change the email address on my booking?
Yes. Contact our Customer Relations team with your booking number, and they will update the email address for you.
1.8. Can I reserve a room and pay later?
Some properties allow pay later or deposit options, depending on availability and cancellation policies. These options will appear during the booking process if offered.
