Booking Modifications & Cancellations

Booking changes and cancellations depend on the property’s policy, with modifications or free cancellations usually possible only for refundable bookings and within the allowed timeframe. Non-refundable bookings typically cannot be changed or cancelled without charges, though exceptions may be requested through Customer Relations and are subject to property approval.
