If you would like to submit a complaint regarding your booking, it must be submitted in writing.

To do this, log in to your Halalbooking.com account and go to your booking page. Under the section “Need help with this booking?”, select “Contact Customer Service.” You can then submit your complaint in writing with the relevant details.

Once your complaint is received, our Customer Relations team will review the information and respond as soon as possible.

If the matter is urgent and requires faster assistance, please first submit your complaint in writing through the booking page. After that, you may also contact our Customer Relations team by phone for additional support.
