If your booking was made with Instant Confirmation and it still does not show as confirmed, please contact us immediately.
If your booking was made with 24-hour Confirmation, please allow up to 24 hours for the status to update. You should also receive an email confirming that we have received your booking request and will get back to you. If you have not received this email, please contact us.
If you paid by standard bank transfer, it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to reach us. Your booking can only be confirmed after we receive the payment.
If needed, you can contact us and share your payment proof so we can double-check the status for you.
