If you completed the payment but did not receive a confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder.
You can also check your booking status on your Halalbooking “My Bookings” page.
If your booking was made with Instant Confirmation and it does not appear as confirmed, please contact our support team immediately.
If your booking was made with 24-hour Confirmation, please allow up to 24 hours for the booking status to update before contacting us. Within this time, the system normally sends an email confirming that we have received your booking request and will get back to you. If you did not receive this email, please contact our support team.
If you paid via standard bank transfer, please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to reach us. Once we receive the payment, the booking can be confirmed. You may still contact us with your payment proof if you would like us to double-check the status.
