The time it takes to receive your booking confirmation on Halalbooking.com depends on the type of confirmation offered by the property. There are three main confirmation types:
1) Pay Later bookings (no prepayment required)
For Pay Later bookings, your reservation can be confirmed without making a payment at the time of booking.
However, Pay Later does not mean you can pay at the property. Instead, your booking will be confirmed first, and the system will show a payment deadline. You must complete the payment online through Halalbooking.com before check-in, according to the timeline provided.
Shortly after completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the important details, including the booking information, payment deadline, and instructions for completing the payment.
2) Instant Confirmation (with payment)
If the property offers Instant Confirmation, your booking will be confirmed immediately after the payment is successfully completed.
Once the payment is processed, the system will automatically confirm your reservation and send you a booking confirmation email with all the details of your stay.
If you completed the payment but did not receive your confirmation email, please contact Halalbooking Customer Service as soon as possible so that we can check the status of your booking.
3) 24-hour confirmation
Some properties require additional time to manually verify room availability before confirming the reservation.
In this case, after completing the payment on Halalbooking.com, your booking status may appear as Pending. The property then has up to 24 hours to review and confirm your reservation.
You will first receive an email confirming that we have received your booking request and that it is currently pending hotel review.
Once the property confirms the availability, you will receive a final booking confirmation email. If the property is unable to confirm the reservation due to availability or other issues, you will be notified accordingly and assisted with the next steps.
