Yes. The HB Loyalty Club is free to join and offers benefits such as Cash Points, tier-based discounts, and exclusive promotions.
You can view your loyalty status, progress, and available benefits at any time through your Halalbooking account.
8.2. What’s the HB Loyalty Club?
The HB Loyalty Club is Halalbooking’s rewards program with three status tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members earn Cash Points (discount credit) and Status Points (for tier upgrades). Higher tiers unlock extra discounts, exclusive offers, and priority customer support.
8.3. What is ‘refer-a-friend’?
‘Refer-a-Friend’ allows you to earn Status Points when someone you refer makes a booking and completes their stay with Halalbooking.
8.3.1 What does the referee (your friend) receive?
Your friend receives a $25 welcome discount on their first eligible booking when using your referral link.
8.3.2 What does the referrer (you) receive?
Once your referred friend completes their stay:
You receive 1,000 Status Points if their stay is $500 or more.
You receive 500 Status Points if their stay is between $250 and $499.
8.3.3 How many Status Points can be collected?
You can refer as many friends as you like, so there is no limit to how many Status Points you can earn.
8.3.4 Which status can be reached through referrals?
Status Points earned through Refer-a-Friend count toward all HB Loyalty Club levels. Through referrals, you can progress to Gold, Platinum, or even Diamond.
8.4. What is a Status Match?
Status Match allows you to upgrade your HB Loyalty Club tier by matching a similar or higher status you currently hold with another loyalty scheme. Once approved, you instantly enjoy the equivalent Halalbooking benefits.
8.5. Can we combine two campaigns?
No. Promotions, campaigns, or special offers cannot be combined. Each offer applies individually per HB Loyalty Club account.
