7.1. What is a private airport transfer?
A private transfer is a direct, non-shared service from the airport to your accommodation. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your travelling group.
7.2. How can I book transfers?
If transfer services are available for your selected destination or property, you can choose a transfer option during the booking process.
You can also add a transfer up to 2 days before check-in through your Halalbooking account, under your booking details, provided that transfer services are offered for that property.
7.3. How does the transfer company know when I will arrive at the airport?
After booking your transfer, you will receive an email requesting your flight details. Once you submit this information, it is shared with the transfer provider so they can monitor your arrival time.
After your flight details are submitted, you will also receive a transfer confirmation email containing all relevant details, such as pick-up information and contact details, if applicable.
7.4. What time will the airport transfer pick me up from the hotel?
Your pick-up time will be shown in your transfer confirmation email. It is scheduled to ensure you reach the airport at least 2 hours before your flight (or earlier for some destinations).
7.5. How can I recognise the driver?
The driver will meet you outside the airport terminal, holding a sign with your name or “Halalbooking”.
7.6. What happens if I cannot see the transfer driver?
First, remain in the arrival area and check your confirmation details. If you still cannot locate the driver, call the transfer company directly using the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
7.7. What happens if my flight is delayed?
Most companies track delays. However, you should still update your arrival time via the link in your transfer confirmation email and notify the transfer company.
7.8. Can I add a person to my transfer?
No. Transfers are arranged based on the original number of passengers and luggage. If you need to add someone, please contact the transfer company directly to check availability or vehicle upgrade options.
7.9. We have two separate bookings. Can we be transported in one car?
This is not guaranteed. Transfer services are arranged strictly according to the details of each individual booking. If you want to be transported together, please contact the transfer company directly to check whether they can combine the bookings or offer a larger vehicle.
