3.1. What does “All-inclusive” mean?
“All-inclusive” typically includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a selection of soft drinks throughout the day. Inclusions vary by property, so always check the meal plan details on the hotel page.

3.2. What does Half-Board mean?
Half-Board includes accommodation, breakfast, and one main meal (usually dinner). Soft Drinks are generally not included, unless stated otherwise.

3.3. If the property offers "All Inclusive Plus" on their own website, why do you only offer the "All Inclusive" meal plan?
Our highest available meal plan is "All Inclusive." If the hotel offers "All Inclusive Plus," it will be available through us as well.

3.4. Where can I find the prices?
Go on the website, enter your destination, check-in/check-out dates, and number of guests, then click “Search” to view all available prices.

3.5. Are the shown prices for one or all guests?
Prices shown on Halalbooking are for the entire group entered in your search, not per person.

3.6. Are my children included free of charge?

Child and infant policies vary by property and room type and depend on maximum room occupancy rules.

• Infants (0–3 years):
   Infants are often free of charge, provided that the room’s maximum occupancy is not exceeded. In some cases, adding an infant may not be possible in certain room types.

• Children (3–12 years):
   Children may receive a discounted rate, depending on the hotel’s policy, room type, and occupancy limits.

• Children over 12 years:
   Children over 12 are typically considered adults and charged accordingly.

Important to know:
 If adding a child or infant exceeds the maximum occupancy of a room, the system may:

• require a larger room, or

• automatically offer or open an additional room, which may affect the total price.

3.7. Are flights included in the prices?
No. Halalbooking provides accommodation only. Flights must be booked separately.

3.8. What taxes and fees are included in the price?
The total price displayed includes all taxes and fees known to Halalbooking. However, some local taxes (e.g., city tax, eco-tax) may need to be paid directly at the property during check-in/out.

3.9. Is breakfast included in the price?
This depends on the meal plan you select when booking. Options are clearly displayed next to each room type.

3.10. Do prices include any early booking discount or any other discounts?
Yes. All available discounts—such as early booking, seasonal promotions, or exclusive deals—are already included in the displayed prices.

3.11. Do you have the best prices? Do you price match?
Yes. We aim to offer the best price possible for all our properties. However, in some cases, you may find a lower price on another website.

If you find a lower rate for the same property, room type, dates, and booking conditions, you can submit a Price Match request, and our team will review it accordingly.

3.12. Why do prices change when I change dates or number of guests?
Hotel prices depend on season, availability, occupancy, and demand. Any change in dates or group size can result in a different rate.

3.13. Why has the price increased since my last search?
Prices can change due to limited availability, high demand, or updated rates from the property. We always show the latest price provided by the hotel.
